Blog slacker

Despite having abundant amounts of time on my hands in Miami, I have neglected my blog. I think now that I am transitioning into a new stage of my life I should resurrect the blog. In the past few months I have been traveling a lot and having many visitors. The craziness began when Lisa came to visit for a few days and we took a 3 day Bahamas cruise. We had a blast! Then I flew to Charlotte, North Carolina for the American Academy of Audiology Convention. I am not sure if I learned a lot but I put my resume out there and consumed free beverages. I flew directly from Charlotte to Chicago for a job interview. I am supposed to find out about the job this week so please keep your fingers crossed. I then flew back to Miami (of course I was one of the American Airlines passengers whose flight was canceled). I was then joined one hour later by Stacey who came to visit for 5 days. We had a blast just hanging out, eating, drinking, and tanning. That's pretty much it for now. I am just waiting to hear about a job and counting down the days until I graduate (53 to be exact!).

I am really looking forward to graduation. Not only because I have been in school FOREVER, but because I am really excited about starting a new chapter of my life. (Although I would be more excited if I had a job!).
